When we speak of resilience, we often think about an individual’s strength to rise above difficult circumstances.  But what if resilience isn’t all it’s cracked up to be?  What if we had new ways to care for one another so that instead of individuals needing to be resilient because of the harmful systems that surround us, we had resilient organizations, and new systems that supported everyone?  Come prepared to be challenged!
