Live in Ottawa and broadcast at the Unitarian Church of Montreal
Most of our worship team will be in Ottawa for the CUC National Worship Service this Sunday, but the Unitarian Church of Montreal will be open. You can join us in person in our sanctuary to watch a broadcast of the service with others. There will be time for lighting candles and for coffee hour after the broadcast.
Or you can join us via our regular Zoom link, or you can watch via the CUC's YouTube Channel or via the CUC's Zoom link if you'd like to meet other UUs from across Canada.
Here's information about the service:
CUC National Worship Service Bringing Promises to Life Sunday, May 21, 2023
10:30 am ET
In-person at the Theatre, Roberts C. Gillett Student Commons & livestreamed on the CUC's YouTube channel. All are welcome to join us at our Sunday worship service. We will gather from across the nation to celebrate what has brought us to this moment in making manifest our new principle: promoting "individual and communal action that accountably dismantles racism and systemic barriers to full inclusion in ourselves and our institutions." This is a promise worthy of this time and the fullness of our creative energies.
The morning's worship will be led by Rev. Eric Meter of the First Unitarian Congregation of Ottawa alongside Rev. Diane Rollert of the Unitarian Church of Montreal and Rev. Fulgence Ndagijimana. Music will be led by Susanne Maziarz and Joe McDonald with contributions from Sandra Hunt, Gary Russell and Eleuthera Diconca-Lippert. The time for all ages will be led by Mx. Katharine Childs.
The Sunday service will be livestreamed on Zoom at http://bit.ly/ NationalWorshipMay16 (closed captioned), and on the CUC's YouTube Channel.
